A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $50 is required. Receipt of the application and fee begins the Admissions process.

Each returning student is required to pay an re-enrollment fee of $25 per student. Payment is due upon re-enrollment.

Tuition payments may be paid annually or divided into two, four, or eleven equal parts. The billing period begins in August 1. A 1% discount is given if the balance is paid in full on or before August 1.

Do I need to apply for assistance?

No. We encourage families to apply that feel they cannot pay the full tuition amount. Applying for tuition assistance will not affect your application status or enrollment.

Is tuition assistance available for all students?

We do not offer tuition assistance for preschool and young fives. Our tuition assistance is for students in grades K-8. Families with children enrolled in preschool and young fives are eligible for a child care tax credit.

Can I receive assistance from my church and MCS?

MCS accepts tuition assistance from participating churches. You should apply through your church first. MCS may provide additional support beyond what your church offers.

Do I need to apply for tuition assistance each school year?

Each family will fill out a new tuition assistance application each year and submit it by May.

If I do not qualify this year, can I re-apply the following year?

Yes. We understand that finances can change from year to year. Families can reapply each year in May.

What if I apply for tuition assistance late, if I qualify am I guaranteed a tuition assistance allocation?

You can apply after June 1 and still receive assistance. However, you may miss out on bonus months at the New Life Thrift Store.
